Went out on Thurs and Fri

anyway, I loved this show.
I'll give it 4.3/5
4.3 because the first part was abit boring
but towards the end it was FANTASTIC!
I especially like the ending phrase.

ok just a summary, this show is about humans fighting with robots.
the rest I'll leave it to the show to tell :)

the ending phrase says:
The difference between human and robots is
Humans have a heart.
Human does not fight like a machine.
This show is meaningful
wake up people. no matter what, we are not machines
if we care more with our heart,
then war will end.
It doesn't matter what colour u are right?
yellow, black, whites, brown?
what matters is we are human.
we have blood and flesh and importantly,
we have heart that feels.

SO i suggest you should really really watch this show :)

Continuing My story on the 7th March which is the day of my performance... Thanks girls for coming to the concert just to see me perform despite the fact that you have to go off to celebrate
you grandparent birthday (shermain) and the fact that Shermain has to go earlier and so you will leave also cause from the day i knew you you will NEVER do things alone right my dear (Michelle)

I'm happy today...
It's been a long time
a long time since i've let my hair down
and really enjoy..

I mean Though i still have fun sometimes

we're just too busy to meet up...

I finally discovered my true self
something which i haven't discover
and Deep inside i changed alot
I began to find joy in helping the less fortunate
I began to love my course and finally am working on it
even though i'm still lazy and not working very hard BUT
at least i am doing something about it :)

had the taste of loving some one :)
I know how it feels to love some one
how it hurts and how happy and satisfied
I can feel :)
Although i recovered quite fast
Because I love myself more
I don want to be in sadness permanently

I learnt something which I am still trying to grasp
that is learn to accept death
because i find this quote very true

Lastly, This year I learnt how to be healthy
during the last few months of
2008 :)
I am no longer drinking sweet drinks
unless I cannot bear with it
even so I only drank a little :)
and I am more health conscious and
slimmed down 12 kg in 4 months

and though I'm still fat :)
But I think I've become prettier :) haha
perhaps because my thinking had changed
and my looks sort of change t00 :)
I had a glow which i haven seen before :)
I am more confident
this time it's really confidence :)
I am confident that 1 day
i'll be the happiest woman on earth :)

year 2008 had been really fruitful :)

However I won say it is hard letting 2008 go
because every year i grow
either physically or mentally :)
so I am actually looking forward to year 2009
I wanna see what I have learnt and fulfill on 2009 :)

Of course I'm not perfect
I still have many things to change
and I'm trying
BUT no I am not trying to be perfect :)
I just strive to be better each year :)

Just came back from Counting down

we only slept at like 4 am
Because they accompany me back to Pasir ris
Then with the intention of
taking NR to town before taking cab to Jia Yi house

we went to have lunch at

AND they have to wait for another bus !
they only reached school at 4.30 pm
so everything have to be cut short :(

And I performed
I FORGOT my lyrics!!! ahhh~~
But the old folks are very very sweet :)
After i sang I went to join a bunch of uncle
cos I am supposed to sit in an empty seats with them
to take photos
then as they were getting ready

and the best thing is No one complained or grumble

because it just shows that

they don scold you or complained just because of 1 event
they remembered that we helped them and they appreciated it :)

And I feel really happy :)

Anyway I've watched a show called
Lend a helping hand
where Christopher Lee and Quan yi fong
Went to the different house to help the less fortunate people

This episode is OMG!
It leaves such a deep impression
that it is etched in my mind

This episode is about this old man at the age of 75
still supporting 2 child 1 grandchildren and 1 wife
He is a rag and bone man
So he collects many "junk"
and sells it to other people
However sometimes he couldn't agree on the price
he decided to keep his "junk"
and the house is full of junk that
It only leaves them with a small passage way to walk
from the living room ALL the way
to the kitchen?
can you imagine?

I bet you can't!
Because it is so so bad that it is beyond human's
imagination
Because it is basically a rubbish dump!
no human can live there man!!
But they actually live there!

This man had 5 children
2 of his daughters jumped off the building and died
the eldest daughter traumatized by this event
got depression or some sort like this
and he support the whole family
a 75 year old support the whole family!

I wanna cry you know when i see this
My heart ached so much
till now it still ached
Then i began to realized how fortunate I really am
Yes I may be poor
I may have alot of setbacks
but none of this can be compared to his
and he is still there hanging strong .

why is it that people who are less fortunate

This is so damn meaningless. Living things should all just die. Agree?

Some one replied : The fact that life got beginning got end... is telling us to prioritise and value the time we have left, don't do meaningless things such as the extreme obsession with the pursuit of material stuffs, when none can be brought along when life ends.

Depending also whether there is life after death in one's believe system, if there is, then think knowledge and wisdom would be more usage than material stuffs.

Actually I have nothing much to blog about
But today There's an incident
which I really really couldn't accept
We were having PE
As usual, broke up into groups and played captain's ball
But I was really pissed off

I'm Pissed off not because I lost
yes I agree that some people in our class
are rougher
However that's not an excuse for you to push people
or pull people's hand while playing

I mean if you pull people's hand
and that person realise it at least
the injury inflicted on that person is not so big
Today while Donovan was jumping to hit the ball away
a girl kept pushing him
once or twice still ok
But everytime???

I'm angry not because
she pushed donovan and we would lose
I don mind losing
I may be very serious in a game
or an activity because to me
If i were to lose
i wanna lose beautifully
not lose without making an effort
BUT I woudn't be angry just because I lost a game
I have been to numerous games and matches
when I was in Primary school and Secondary school
If i still cannot handle losing
I've failed in living .

BUT what I'm most angry and concern about is
The foul moves that she'd made
True that it is just a game
BUT does that gives you the right to push?
I am concern about Donovan
because while he's jumping
his state of mind doesn't prepare and tells him
that some one will be pushing him
the sudden force may cause him to lose his balance and fall
falling is not so bad
but what if he hurt his back?
and couldn't walk???

You're not a sport person
you might think I'm exaggerating
But I have friends who couldn't play sport
because of a simple foul move
imagine some one who loves sport
couldn't play sport because of your ignorance?

If you love something and I took it away from you
at the least expected scenario
how will you feel???
It's just a game
there's no need to resort to pushing and pulling
please think about it

Especially people out there!
anyone who play sport
or do other things
if you wanna win or excel
do in uprightly !

Too tired to post till like now
haha
Was quite happy
Though I stayed at home today But i did something nice yesterday !

Woke up at 5.30 am yesterday
as I need to reach harbourfront  by 7 am
However it was raining heavily!
tempting me to continue sleeping
BUT i quickly woke up and went to take a bath


However despite waking up early
I'm still late due to the bad weather I only reached
there at 7.15-7.30
Luckily for me because of the wet weather
the bus came late too!>.<


The children reached at around 9.15
 And it was still drizzling
so 1 by 1 we started to fetch them with the umbrellas sponsored by PAYM
We are supposed to stick with the child we fetched
and frankly speaking I wasn't too happy at first 
because he's more severe in the spectrum of  autism
to him the world is open for him everything is open to him
so he would loiter around and touched every single things
 hmm in simpler terms itchy hands


 At first it was hard getting him to follow me
 and I followed around like a maid
 however, I slowly got the hang of it and managed to "control" him
or rather get him to listen to me :)
I'm really proud of myself  even the volunteer in charge said "wow! you're good"
I smiled and say thank you
 She say hey really!You're good LOL 
And the best thing is even the teacher of the autism kid says
 wow you're handling it well you're suited to be an autism teacher 
I don know if she was just saying it so i can do a better job

 but whatever the case was I'm still happy ^^
 And despite the fact that
I don really like him at first
because he keep ignoring me
 but slowly I think he started to let me get into his world
He started holding me tightly and point to the sky
"look! there's a sky Something" (i couldn't catch sky what)
Then I pretend to be excited with him and
he said " I want to be a sky something when i grow up"
I just reply wow!!
and pretend to be happy with him he started clapping
I was really happy that moment sincerely happy :)  

However there's some things I am not satisfied with myself
 I kept saying No you can't do this..
sort of restricting his freedom
but I have to do it because otherwise he will hurt himself
What I regretted was I didn't explain why he can't do that
All I said was no and stuff.
which in early childhood practices we can't do that :(
But nvm I'll try to improve on it :)

Before the activity end  he wrote me a note

 Ok he spelled my name wrongly
but I don mind that's what makes him cuter ^^

I am seriously pissed now
I feel that people are thinking
that I did not turn up for SCC
or I don go for fare well party
because they are going army soon
because I'm lazy
Or i have excuses
BUT　I am REALLY busy !
I am packed with so many things!
Events for child fiesta
and we are the organizers so it takes planning .
Then I have many talks
briefing and voluntary stuffs
to attend to
I would very much like to be free
But this term there's so many events and hands on
and it will all benefit me
so i got no choice but to take it up

Don think life in ITE is easy
maybe for other course yes
But for Early childhood the competition is very strong
so If I don work harder
Then I'll be wasting my time transferring from Ngee Ann to
ITE
so I REPEAT again
I really have a valid reason for not attending scc
I am really packed with stuff
there's no way I desert school classes or projects
to go for SCC right?

So please do understand
I really have my difficulties too
Shan't talk much anymore
If anyone still doubt me there's nth i can do
I don have the extra energy to convince people to

After a hectic week
